David Billy




Born in Florida to Ingram Billie in 1964.Joined the United States Air Force in 1982 as a Security Policeman. Served for 6 years with the 320th Bombardment Wing, 320th Security Police Squadron at Mather Air Force Base California. Honorably discharged in 1988.

Joined the Collier County Sheriff’s Office in September 1988 as a Corrections Officer. Served for 20 years before finally retiring. During his career, he served as a Road Patrol Deputy, Narcotics Officer and 7 years as a Full time SWAT officer serving High risk search warrants and providing Protective Services to Prince Ranier, George Bush Sr., and Norman Swartzkoff just to name a few.

David started with the Seminole Tribe of Florida in the Tourism Department, but is currently assigned to Seminole Heritage Events and Promotions with Grammy Award winning artist and the departments Director Micki Free, as a Field Specialist Supervisor, helping promote Seminole tribal members and other Native American Artists in the latest project sanctioned by The Seminole Tribe of Florida & Hard Rock International, “ Native Music Rocks”/The Native American All Star Jam”.
